For items which we already hold in stock, expect delivery within a week. All other items will be ordered especially for you and delivery time is likely to be 2-3 weeks, although it could be up to 4 weeks at busy times.
This system allows us to offer our products at highly competitive prices.
When you add the item to your shopping basket, the approximate delivery time will be clearly stated. The description of each product clearly indicates whether it is in stock or not.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your item. We will refund any items during this time. If more than 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not offer returns for gift certificates.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days (usually quicker).
To return a product, please contact us to request a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We only process a refund once the item is received.
